Color Masterbatch for Plastic Packaging (PA6)

Polyamide fiber is characterized by burliness, good wearability and high strength,
as well as excellent hydrophile performance. However, the polyamide has poor 
dyeability, so it has high demands for the dyestuff. Charming has performed a 
large number of experiments in the research of polyamide dyestuff. Selecting the
dyestuff specialize in polyamide with fine high-temperature performance and color
fastness, charming has developed the polyamide BCF blanket and polyamide 
super-thin denier color masterbatch, which are widely used for the spun-colored 
dyeing of polyamide filament, staple fiber and BCF blanket.

Instruction:
During the actual spinning applications, the dosage of the masterbatch and the 
spinning process should be adjusted in accordance with the different density of 
single fiber, filament and the characteristic of chip. The polyamide color 
masterbatche has a very strong moisture absorption, so it is advised to pre-dry 
before using, avoiding too much water being carried to the processing and 
affecting the quality. 

Product series:
1) NC series: applicable to polyamide BCF and staple fiber
2) NF series: applicable to polyamide filament

Packing and storage:
The product is packaged with two layers, preventing from water and moisture. 
The standard package is 25kg/ bag. Please stored in a dry place with good 
ventilation and padded to prevent weather damage. The color of the masterbatch 
can be preserved for up to five years. When it is opened for use, the remaining 
parts must be repacked, to avoid duct pollution and moisture absorption.
